ORANGE- REQUESTING A VAT RECEIPT ON PAYGO TOP-UPS

HMRC states that you can claim back a percentage of the VAT on purchases which are both for business and non business purposes. So for me that’s  the  business calls I make on my personal mobile  phone. Again, the  dreaded VAT receipt is needed to  prove this.   Anyway after all that there is an option to request a VAT receipt for  purchase of the voucher.  Since finding out I could  reclaim  this as exspences I have been feverishly pressing ‘yes’ for the last three months. But, you guessed it …. I haven’t received so much as a peep from Orange.
