My guilty pleasures ...

Between surface pattern print design I love to double with knit and crochet. My latest project was to repurpose some unused t shirts, donated jersey and tencel and make a childrens rug. I  have tried it over a large floor cushion which I think looks fun as well. The task took hours of cutting fabric into strips and using a large crochet needle to produce extra large granny squares. The result is quite colourful and quite weighty.
