I've just joined today and would like to share my creations with you.

My name is Lynda and I live in the Scottish Borders, where I have been making jewellery, sewing bags and some other handmade crafts.

I am constantly surprised by how products emerge, develop and take on an identity of their own - all driven by my lovely clients. Each one seems to take a product I currently offer and tailor it to their individual needs and so create different bi-products (if that is the correct term!) and I absolutely love this!

In the Autumn of last year I was approached by a wonderful young man who wanted to use a handmade scrapbook album as a 'tool' to propose to his childhood…

I know that spring is on its way and I should be designing brighter coloured pieces but I have a few of these Quartz beads left and I thought the semi-precious Tigers Eye complimented it beautifuly

I have just spent another relaxing hour on UKhandmade looking around at what all the clever people have been making.

I love to curl up in the chair with my laptop on my knee and a cup of coffee at my side having a look at what everyone is up to.

There are so many pretty things in the gallery to look at and there seems to be more and more crafts being shown which is great as it is nice to see how creative people can be.

So anoth relaxing hour well spent

It's been a busy month or so offline what my my husband's chemotherapy resuming and me coming down with a horrible flu bug: thankfully we are both on the mend now and I've been busy creating new pieces of jewellery and accessories which are now on my Tazeen Designs website!

I have traded at this particular event several times and love it, as its local and there are so many other talented people to socialise with.
