Things to do today

Another beautiful sunny day and the leaves are changing colour.

Hundreds of acorns have dropped from the tree and this morning a very busy squirrel is stocking up -running from one side of the garden to the other - delightful.

Am going to tackle my sewing room today - Not sure how I've accumulated six unopened bottles of Anitas Tacky glue !!

Whew...just helped to hang my part of the  exhibition in The Gallery in Southfield, Wimbledon. it is part of the Open House weekend that is happening in Southfields and Wandsworth this weekend. It is a shame it is all happening at the same time but that's Life l suppose. Anyway, our Private View is on this friday (30th September) between 5.30 and 8.30 and also Saturday and Sunday....11am-5pm each day. Blog Mondays & a new feature on Managing your online shop

From my reading of the forums on the two sites I have shops on, I found that most sales are generated by other sellers. I guess its Etsy’s way of further publicizing your gaff. This is not a bad idea as Etsy is vast and it is so easy to go unnoticed. There is allot of work to do as a seller on that site to be noticed, like taking great shots of  items,being active within the forums,adding favourites to you shop to name a few. My New Etsy..........Help!

I HATE Lace and do I need to say .COM?

 .....I’ve been looking at free websites. These are companies which offer free homepages to advertise your products. I bought The Urban Tiger .COM & CO.UK domains early this year from a site called Cheapest UK.com.
