My latest blog
is a guide to testing out which of your yarns are pure wool and so suitable for felting and which are not.
I have many balls of yarn which are vintage or have been given me- So often they have lost the information band around them, which can mean disapointment when it comes to felting the finished item.
so if you are curious as to why I'm pictured… Continue

Today I had a great excuse to make lots of cards. It was my daughters birthday party a couple of weeks ago and she got given loads of lovely birthday presents from friends and family. Although I have only just gotten round to doing it. I have just finished making all the thank you cards, but can't believe I left my camera at my mums so can't even show you brag photos of how well they turned out. Oh well, you will just have to take my word for it.
Go on, find your excuse to make… Continue

The summer holidays are finally over, life has been eventful to say the least with unforseen goings on all around. The first week of school is close to an end and as I think about what I've achieved it scares me, so far this week I've done nowt. I've planned to do so much the moment the school doors opened but somehow my motivation is in neutral. Whats more I've been given the chance of a great opportunity but this needs carefully consideration and if I go for it, a lot of hard work in the hope… Continue
