I am in the process of giving up my dull paid employment and going it the irregular paid but doing something I love way, selling my knits and sewing creations. It's early days still, I have just set up my Folksy shop http://www.folksy.com/shops/Jenniecaminada and am now looking at websites and stuff. Found this website today and love it! Hope to share lots of stories and help and chat with others doing same thing.

I am mum to three boys, 12, 10 and 2, and have two cats (very soon to be more as have v pregnant lady cat). I take photos, knit, crochet, sew, and generally am quite crafty!

Time to check out cheekyhandmades

Hi all

I been a member of UK handmade and running my own business since about May 2010.

Well haven't I come a long way since!

I still love making bespoke children's quilts but have added teaching others how to sew, quilt and knit to my repertoire since then and have been spreading the sewing love. I have also been blogging a bit more and have been working hard on my website and facebook presence, and my photography skills.

New to blogging, check it out and let me know what you think

Hi I am new to the world if blogging - but think I am doing a reasonable job so far. Let me know if I have something there or whether I am wildly off!! I make quilts and bags and cushions and as soon as I finish work I will be expanding my business a lot. Jennie x
