Love the toadstool - might have a go at making one for my daughter - but I think you're right, they wouldn't be economic to make for sale. Doesn't stop them being wonderful though.
Just gotten around to making my first post on the UK Handmade Blog.
That's my site - DevonBear Designs - will add more about it later. But I also have a part-time job working for a small charity in Kingsbridge - and now I'm running late!! Must goooooo.....

Hi, Helen,
Good to catch up with you at Kingsbridge. What a lovely Show! More manageable than Royal Cornwall or Devon County but at the same time plenty to see and do. I love the bag I bought from you. I should keep it for a Christmas present but it may make its way great-granddaughter wise before that. My friends Jeannie and John enjoyed themselves too. Jeannie does the most beautiful work in gilded glass, vases, plates etc. Just now I'm preparing for my 'jump' on Saturday, but my mind is buzzing,as it does, with colour and texture and how to apply it. Perhaps like Peter Lanyon, the Cornish artist of the St Ives School in his glider, I shall get inspiration. Maybe I'll be too scared to open my eyes!
Hi, Helen,
I'm new to this too! Where are you in glorious Devon? I'm a Silver Crafter as you can see. I make bags, books and bits and pieces, slowly and sporadically with pleasure and sometimes with frustration.
