Detail of Butterfly Mosaic

Again a commission for an external wall in a beautiful garden in Hersham in Surrey. I was given free rein so used the strong planting palette of purples and silver as inspiration plus a feeling of uplift to the design. There were a series of four panels with butterflies rising up through the sinuous plant stems.
