Hello, I live in Nottingham and was made redundant from my job as a book and paper conservator last November. For the last 7 years I have been doing stained glass as a hobby, as its something I am passionate about and love doing I have decided to start up a business making suncatchers, windows and repairing leaded light windows. I have just joined UK Handmade and would love to join your group.

Hello :)

I have just joined from Uttoxeter / Staffordshire.

I make beadwork jewellery and sell through Etsy. Tried some local fairs and markets, but with only little success.

Will be nice to meet people from the area and maybe get some tips on good events ...

I'm new to UK Handmade.  I'm a felt maker and would  love to hear from anyone in the Northamptonshire area (feltmaker or crafter) and hear news of any events/craft fairs based in the area or neighbouring counties.  I'm a craft fair virgin!
