Facebook shops

I am thinking of getting a FB shop...I have a fanpage etc but have heard good reports about the shops

Does anyone here have one as I don't hold any stock at present as it was sold in my blogshop and I now work mainly to commision.

Would a FB shop work this way, not having stock but putting examples of my work to order from?

not got a lot in a the moment but I have sold a few pieces since I set it up a few days ago. The checkout is paypal so it is all secure :-)

I've become a fan :)

I started setting one up but realised I really have no stock as a majority was sold and I now work mainly to commision....but then wondered if I could use it as I do my blogshop as a window for people to see examples of my work...think if I made that clear at the beginning it may work.

How does it work? Do poeple who are fan see your shopping pages or were the sales made to random FB users?

Hi, I have a facebook page which links to my etsy shop. It has at least made sure all my friends have seen all my stuff!

I'm not sure about that, I think only fans/likers could clickn on your shop tab but I could be mistaken

It seems strange how many people use facebook but nearly none know that you can have a shop on there, you would think they'd be promoting it more? I'm still confused by it but I've had a look at EllieBelle's and it's lovely!
