Book/event reviews needed for UK handmade blog

Hi everyone! We're looking for reviews of books and events for the REVIEW category of the UK handmade blog.

You can see Yumptatious' fab review here. I'd love to hear from anyone who can write a similar project-based review of a craft/art book for the blog. You would need to pick a favourite book, whip up a project from it, and write a short review (no more than 500 words) accompanied by 4-6 photos. Send me a message or reply to this thread if you're interested!

I'd also love to hear from anyone who's organised/attended any fairs/shows who would be interested in writing a review.

Thank you!

I'd love to do a crafty book review :)

I was thinking of 'Making Stuff' which is mostly UK stuff: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Making-Stuff-Alternative-Interior-Design/dp...

let me know if you'd like something along those lines, my email is catriona [at] wildcat-designs [dot] co [dot] uk.

I'm organising an event in November - I'd be happy to write a bit about it for you if you want.

I have a good polymer clay book on loan from the library at the moment - I could do a short review of that too.

Hi what are your timescales/deadlines for this? I'm quite busy at the moment but have just learnt to crochet using a book and have completed a project from it. I could write a review about how I found the instructions and project....?

Yes please, Victoria, a crochet book review would be great. Timescales are quite flexible. I'll message you with some more details.
